Please allow 5-7 business days for in-stock items to be shipped.

Mixon's Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse any orders. 

Candles and other home fragrance items can be returned for a refund only if they are unused.

Custom items can not be refunded but please email us at info@mixonsgiftshop.com if there are any issues.

Once an item is shipped, Mixon's Gift Shop holds no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we encourage customers to either purchase insurance for their order, or choose Signature Confirmation as a shipping method to ensure proper delivery of items, especially custom items.
